Returns and delivery

1. Delivery Policy
Shipping Methods and Charges: We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined. Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address, provided by our customer service.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy, or by postal services, will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.
3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
